Ready to turn your practice upside down? This beginner-friendly workshop is designed to help you build strength, confidence, and technique as you explore the foundations of arm balances and inversions. Whether you’re brand new to balancing on your hands, or looking to refine your form, this supportive environment will break down poses like Crow, Forearm Stand, and Handstand step by step.
We’ll focus on alignment, core activation, wrist preparation, and overcoming the fear of falling—so you leave feeling empowered and inspired. No experience with arm balances or inversions required—just a willingness to try something new!
All levels are welcome. Modifications and props will be provided throughout.
