Bahareh is from Tehran, Iran and lived in Dubai for many years working as a graphic designer for the Middle East Broadcasting Groups (MBC Groups). She is now a CA resident and absolutely adores SoCal! She’s always been interested in sports and enjoys hiking, CrossFit training, skiing and Yoga! Yoga was always among one of her favorite activities. After she moved to California, she saw a sign for RA Yoga just a few feet from where she lived. She enrolled in multiple classes and ended up attending RA’s 200hr Teacher Training Program. RA Yoga was the tipping point in both her personal and spiritual journeys, allowing for a better understanding of the role the body and mind play in our lives. She is forever grateful to RA Yoga and regards it as her second home. Bahareh is 200-hour, Yin Yoga certified and 11-hour Meditation Certified.
