One of the most potent and accessible well-being practices we can integrate into our lives is breathwork, meditation and deliberate cold exposure. The triad of practices can form a formidable force for influencing our chemistry to support longevity, cultivating one-pointed concentration and building mental resilience.
Within a 3 hour workshop, we spend an hour on each pillar (breath, meditation & cold-exposure) further divided into 30 minutes of theory followed by 30 minutes of practice. We take a deep dive into the cutting edge science of these practices, break-down pragmatic and approachable techniques, engage in open discourse, and finally round things off with practice.
We have found this to be the most simple, approachable, yet transformational practices that can be integrated into ones life with little time commitment. We believe this is a must in everyone’s life, and aim to both introduce and inspire this timeless triad into daily wellness.
