The BUDOKON®YOGA style is best described as a transition based hatha yoga flow with continuous circular rotation. This yoga style honors its traditional roots of Hatha yoga while bringing a completely unique Martial Arts circular influence. This flow was created by Hatha Yoga Master and Martial Arts Grandmaster Kancho Cameron Shayne. Budokon trains the warrior and embraces the yogi. This non heated class will challenge you in all the right ways. This is an advanced class.

This class is designed to help students transition from our Level 1 class to a Level 2 class. Postures found in the Level 2 class will be broken down for those students who are still taking Level 1 and have yet to try a Level 2. All are welcome!

108 Sun Salutations is a guided meditative asana practice. This powerful, detoxifying, energizing and invigorating experience consists of 3 sets of 36 Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar A). The series will challenge your mind to stay focused on the mat as your body continuously flows. It's a way to elevate your yoga practice and boost your own mental and physical capacity. The series will leave you feeling confident and strong.
