We will work through the 26 and 2 poses working on breath and movement. Using verbal cues, flowing through the sequence, offering modifications. The room temperature will be 105. Prepare to sweat, bring water, a mat and towel.

Teacher Bio: Caren has been devoted to her personal yoga practice, teaching yoga and meditation since 1986. As a Registered Nurse Caren was a part of the team that published in peer reviewed medical journals the scientific evidence showing that lifestyle (yoga, meditation, group support, exercise) and a plant-based diet reverse heart disease and cancer, elongate telomeres, downregulate unhealthy genes with the upregulation of healthy genes.
