If so, this 6-week course is the place to be.

Unlike a single workshop, this course is designed to give you progressive tools each and every week as you move forward. Tuition for this course includes:

6 weekly 90-minute group practices at the beautiful new Ra U space.
Development worksheets to track your individual progress
Take-home routines you can do on your own
