Spring clean your life from the inside out! In this 6 week culinary workshop you will focus on learning the basics to plant-based recipes and adapting a low waste lifestyle all while creating sustainable intentions that can change your life! Come learn essential kitchen skills and flavor combinations as you channel your inner masterchef, and walk away with custom created habits designed to support your unique lifestyle. Students will also gain private access to a Healthy Habits Support Group, helping them achieve their goals and setting them on a path to success. Enjoy a weekly yoga class, cooking class, and intention setting with yoga instructor and certified ayurvedic health coach, Dani Sackman Carroll.
