More about the instructor: Alysa believes in the intrinsic power of awareness practices found in yoga, meditation and energy healing. She describes her teaching as simple and effective, rich with science yet welcoming in style. Alysa received her 200 hour Yoga Teacher training and 650 hour Yoga Therapy Certification. Incorporates her knowledge in Somatic Experiencing, how we store emotions in our joints and tissues, Neuroplasticity, how the brain rewires new pathways of healing and Functional Medicine’s root cause of illness rests in iRestoring adrenal gland balance. Alysa remains a dedicated student, loves to share transformational tools to stay grounded in present time, release toxic energy to empower a vibrant sense of self!
