Course Dates and Times
This training will provide continuing education for 200hr certified Yoga Instructors or a deeper look into Strength for inspired students.
Learn to balance out the Yin of your Yoga practice with the Yang of a weight lifting. You will learn the alignment and principles of a safe and effective strength class as well as how to teach it and support your students. Laurie will guide you through these steps and assist you in structuring your very own class. At the end of the training, along with your previously acquired 200 hour vinyasa yoga certification, one should feel confident to sequence a yoga with weights class.
It is recommended this training be taken in conjuction with Ra Yoga's 20 hr Yogalates Training.
