Abbie credits yoga to saving her--body and mind. In a time of struggle, yoga became her escape, her oasis. Abbie became certified in 2015 through Ra, acknowledging this to be one of the greatest decisions in her life thus far. Abbie strives for her classes to balance effort of the body and release of the mind. She uses her Kinesiology background, and overall holistic health lifestyle, to bring a foundation on anatomy and treating the body appropriately. She dedicates her classes to be creative, nurturing, and musically-influenced.

Favorite Yoga Move: 

Humble warrior. I feel this beautiful combination of being strong, grounded and graceful. I am also infatuated with the name.
