Originally inhibited by a computer or a camera while creating commercials and graphic design projects, Adriana’s ongoing passion is teaching and sharing yoga.

Adriana’s love affair with yoga began by squeezing classes into her busy schedule in the evenings and on weekends. As time passed, Adriana found that she couldn’t get enough yoga by just taking classes.

In 2009 Adriana enrolled in her first teacher training and it changed her life. She immediately started teaching and sharing the love and freedom yoga brought to her life. Soon after, she traveled to experience yoga at it's birthplace in India.

With her competitive background in swimming and mixed martial arts, Adriana’s classes will leave you feeling whipped and completely rejuvenated at the same time.
