Alicia Harrison is a health and wellness enthusiast with a passion for yoga fitness. Her yoga journey began in 2009 in her living room watching short vinyasa style videos. She later ventured to a local hot yoga studio and fell in love! Due to an injury in 2013, Alicia pursued yoga as rehabilitation and further connected with the yoga path. Her journey of self healing through yoga fitness, nutrition, health & wellness inspired her to empower others in reaching their health goals and growing their personal yoga practice.
In 2014, Alicia obtained her 200 hr Power Yoga Certificate and has experience in teaching Vinyasa style Hot Yoga, Group Fitness, Yoga Therapy, Yoga for Athletes and Prenatal Yoga.
