This quick flow class is action-packed to make sure you tap into each major muscle group of your body. Moving through a combination of standing and seated postures, you will lengthen the muscles that tend to tighten during long hours of sitting. Though the class is designed for all levels, it will challenge you as you work up a sweat on your lunch break.
Classes I Teach
This class is for students who are familiar with basic poses and would like to advance their practice through arm balances and inversions. Poses will flow together with fast and fun transitions, but modifications are also available for the various levels of practitioners. Come prepared to sweat and work hard in a non-competitive atmosphere while also taking the time to slow down your thoughts and go within.
This class is a great complement to your regular yoga practice. You will learn to incorporate strength training exercises into your standing and balancing yoga postures. Each class is a full-body workout, with exercises for the upper body, lower body, and abdominals. Student may choose their own level of difficulty by using heavier or lighter weights, or even no weights at all.
