She is a mover and a shaker. Raised in dance and theater, she learned early how to use her body in creative and interesting ways. Her core teaching style embodies this energy and love. Classes are a fusion of curated playlists and flowing sequences with careful attention to alignment and breath - literally dancing (and sometimes singing) through the asanas! Besides the active spirit of her classes, she also works to impart a feeling of community and love among the students through interaction, hands-on adjustments, and massage.
Ariella brings 250+ Yoga Alliance training hours and extensive self-study. Her specialty is Vinyasa Flow or Power Yoga, but she also enjoys teaching Yin, Active Meditations, Somatics, Dance, Partner Yoga, SUP Yoga, and Yoga Theory.
