Ashley Joshua is a multi faceted instructor . She is an instructor for yoga , Pilates, meditation and boot camp and also offers personal training sessions. Her passion is creating new and exciting moves from all of the compartments of exercise she practices. Ashley has overcome many obstacles with health and yoga has been her savior and healer.

Ardha Chandrasana. This pose makes me feel free and like I am stretching my body out in many places at once !
How Has Yoga Benefited You The Most:
Yoga has given me a sense of peace , connection to self, happiness , fellowship and healing.
Reason Started Doing Yoga:
At 20 I developed chronic Gastrointestinal issues and life became very difficult. Yoga taught me how to eat and nurture my body and the asanas helped me get through the anxieties of being sick for so long .
