I am certified to teach vinyasa, core restore, yin and sculpt/strength classes. I provide a synergistic experience for your mind and body throughout class. Relaxation, motivation and breath work is the core of our practice together. Through a unique set of asanas we will stretch and strengthen our bodies. I am also a reiki healer and meditation specialist. I coach teacher training and lead retreats, workshops and events across the globe! My mission is to reduce pain, discomfort, depression and anxiety. Yoga allows us to still any fluctuations in the mind and improve the quality of life.

Reason Started Doing Yoga: 

I first came to yoga as a form of exercise but quickly found it is an effective way to de-stress and de-clutter my overactive mind. It was in my first savasana that I realized, this was the feeling I have been searching for all along. In that moment, I knew I wanted to help people experience this same feeling.
