RYT-200 Yoga and SUP Yoga Instructor local to Long Beach. Beginning her practice in 2011, she was introduced initially to the Bikram style by her best friend and quickly discovered the various physical and mental health benefits. After experiencing unexpected medical issues, her journey back to health led her deeper into her practice, exploring various Hot Yoga styles and taking it to her favorite element – water - with Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga. Incorporating aspects of aromatherapy, nature and music, Yoga has been a consistent practice and lifestyle for Blake, resulting in her continued healing holistically and ultimate RYT-200 certification in 2017. She has experienced the magic of learning and teaching Yoga and loves to transmit those feelings to others, incorporating her own flavor into every class.

How Has Yoga Benefited You The Most:
Most importantly, Yoga has become my own sacred world of movement and healing. Knowing that I’m free to practice exactly as my body needs, at my own pace in my own way, gives me that restorative feeling I love. And the cherry on top is all the amazing Yogis I’ve met along the way who share the same love and enjoy spreading their knowledge and vibes with everyone they encounter!
Reason Started Doing Yoga:
I was first introduced to Yoga by a friend as something we’d do together. But as I continued my practice, it completely transformed into a lifestyle for me as something that brought me physical and spiritual healing.
