Shortly after the birth of her first child, while working her way back to fitness, Brandei found herself in her first yoga class. The mental and physical benefits continued to bring Brandei back to the studio and her mat. Brandei found most beneficial the sense of calmness, rejuvenation and overall wellness that yoga brought to her life. Her love of yoga and fitness, led her to an 80 HR sculpt teacher training in 2014 and she began to teach at her local YMCA and community events. Brandei completed her 200 HR Teacher Training in 2018 and is registered with Yoga Alliance. Brandei aims to lead a spacious, fluid and organic practice with focus on breath-initiated movement, safe alignment and purposeful sequencing.

Favorite Yoga Move: 

Down Dog because it's a posture of accessibility, strength, stability and flexibility. This asana has it all, which makes it my #1 favorite.
