Brian has studied under Leeza Villagomez since 2012 and completed his 500 Teacher Training with Yoga Den. After finishing, he was asked to be an assistant in Leeza's teacher trainings. Brian has also had the pleasure of studying with Saul David Raye, Janet Stone and Shiva Rea. His training has been focused on the idea that less is more, and also on learning how to let go of the "baby blanket" and explore while being safe and conscious. At first, Brian was attracted to physical benefits of yoga and now knows that it is so much more than asana. He loves the complete mind-body connection, and the way it can change how we view situations and reactions. His hope is that students attending his classes can just let go, drop expectations and really enjoy their inhales and exhales, while respecting where they are in the moment, keeping an open heart.

Yoga has benefited me in many ways,...I would say learning how to slow down inside and have compassion for other beings.
