Brigid McCann

Yoga made an entrance at a very transitional moment in Brigid’s life. Ten years ago, during an escape from the NY winters, she traveled to California and was introduced to the magical world of yoga. Brigid was enchanted by the challenge, the uniqueness of the practice and was drawn to the community. Having been a life-long athlete and a fitness instructor for years, yoga was a natural progression. In 2015 she attended a creative's retreat in Big Bear, CA where the call to teach became evident. Following the retreat, she completed her 200 hour RYT Yoga Alliance Certification.

Brigid enjoys sharing the benefits of yoga and beyond the asana.

She encourages students to tune in to themselves, check in with what feels good, and connect with their highest self. Her classes are challenging for both the body & mind and are infused with music & positive vibes. She likens the practice on the mat to a…..“playful, challenging, magic carpet ride.”
