Yoga has greatly improved my quality of life, which is why I share it as a teacher. Aside from the physical strength and flexibility that yoga develops, it is my experience that the practice of routinely tuning into the body and connecting movement to breath and mind increases self-awareness and causes us to be more present in other aspects of life.

I believe that the more we practice yoga, the more we naturally find a new capacity for patience, empathy and compassion, and develop the ability to pause and reflect before reacting to the world around us. As a result of their practice, I hope my students experience more connectedness, more calm, more health and more wellbeing.
