Courtnie began her yoga journey eight years ago as a way to heal from a devastating injury to her Achilles tendon which ended her run in competitive cheerleading and tumbling. What started as a way to recover and regain flexibility turned into a deep love for the practice. Courtnie became 200-hour certified through Ra in 2017. She has a strong passion for sharing her knowledge about health and wellness.
