Dani Carroll is a passionate yoga instructor and holistic wellness coach. In addition to completing over 1500 hours of comprehensive yoga training, Dani is a certified meditation coach, Ayurveda Practitioner, and an Integrative Nutrition Certified Holistic Health Coach. Her Yogic education culminated with achieving her 500 hour Yoga Therapy Degree at the Indian Association of Yoga and Meditation (AYM) in Rishikesh, India.
Dani discovered yoga during a pivotal time in her life. Full of stress and anxiety, she was uncertain about her future. Dani was sixty pounds overweight due to an unhealthy diet, and struggled to find her truth. Yoga changed everything. Over the course of one year, she dedicated herself to her mat. Every class left her calmer, stronger, and more focused. She kept at it. Soon her state of mind elevated her physical wellness. Her diet improved and her sense of self became clearer every day. She was completely transformed, all thanks to following the principles of yoga. Eventually this passion led to furthering her education and becoming a yoga instructor. The rest is history!
Dani specializes in Vinyasa, Power, and Restorative yoga. She teaches to all levels, and provides layers for each posture to uplift her students. Whether she is breaking down a pose or speaking on her experiences, Dani's classes are always challenging and inspirational.
