Eileen Skold
200-hour certified | 200 hours continued education
Eileen started practicing yoga in 2005 to compliment her fitness regimen. Naturally, she began to realize the emotional and mental benefits yoga provided. Life circumstances and
starting a family took her away for a few years. Then, after an injury, she returned to yoga and soon after became a serious practitioner. What began as a desire to learn more about the physical and mental benefits of yoga in her own practice evolved into motivation to teach yoga to others. She became 200-hour certified through CorePower Yoga in 2014 and Yoga Sculpt shortly after. She is currently pursuing a 300-hour advanced teacher certification with Wanderlust and has trained and
studied with Annie Carpenter, Noah Maze, Clio Manuelian and Janet Stone. She is passionate about fitness and health, maintaining other forms of exercise including strength,
HIIT, group fitness classes and enjoys eating healthy. In her own practice the physical work done on her mat leads to the discovery of true self. She hopes to provide students
the opportunity to find physical and mental strength as well as balance. When she’s not in the studio, or gym, you can find her spending time with her family. She has two wild and silly little boys who challenge and keep her busy every day, and also make her complete.

Favorite Yoga Move:

Paschimottanasana It’s the most amazing stretch for the backside of the body. Being grounded into earth and folding forward is the sweetest surrender. It’s the moment in my practice that I can return inward.

How Has Yoga Benefited You The Most:

Yoga quiets my mind and keeps me balanced.

Reason Started Doing Yoga:

I started yoga to stretch out and take a break from my workouts.
