Eileen started practicing yoga in 2005. Naturally, she experienced the emotional and mental benefits yoga provided. Life circumstances and starting a family took her away for a few years. After an injury she restarted her practice and became serious. What began as a desire to learn more about the physical and mental benefits of yoga for her own practice evolved into the desire to teach. She is 200 hour certified in Power Vinyasa and Yoga Sculpt. She completed a 300 hour advanced teacher certification with Wanderlust and has trained and studied with Annie Carpenter, Schuyler Grant, Noah Maze, Clio Manuelian, Matt Phippen and Janet Stone. She is passionate about health and wellness. Believes the physical work put in and done on her mat leads to the discovery of true self. She hopes to provide students the opportunity to find physical and mental strength as well as balance. When she’s not in the studio or gym you can find her spending time with her family. She has two wild and silly little boys who keep her busy and challenged every day but also make her complete.

Paschimottanasana It’s the most amazing stretch for the backside of the body. Being grounded into earth and folding forward is the sweetest surrender. It’s the moment in my practice that I can return inward.
