Elizabeth has been practicing yoga for half her life now. Having starting in High School as a compliment to her competitive swimming, yoga quickly became the focus as she build a connection between her body and her mind. Elizabeth has been lucky enough to study yoga both abroad and across the US, where her personal practices has evolved over the years, with various focuses reflecting various stages of her life. While before motherhood, you’d find her in a hot yoga or a vinyasa 2/3 class, now she much enjoys yoga as a way to find a little "me" time and enjoy the quieter side. She focuses her teachings on building subtle strength through longer holds, deeper breath work, and visualizations. Don't be fooled though, you will still feel it. ;)

Child's Pose - It opens the hips, softens the senses, and gets me to connect instantly.

Yoga has made me a better person - grounding me emotionally and physically.
Reason Started Doing Yoga:
I started yoga as a compliment to competitive swimming, I stayed because all that yoga gives.
