Erin Kociela, or Yogi Erin as she’s known to her friends (Spiritual name Siri Bani Kaur), is a KRI-certified Kundalini yoga teacher, Yoga Alliance RYT200 and a member of the International Association of Sound Therapists. Erin began her studies in vibrational therapy in 2011 with Sotantar, the Gongmaster, and specializes in combining Kundalini yoga with sound and the sacred gong. She also offers vibrational therapy sessions on a private basis.

How Has Yoga Benefited You The Most:
Yoga has allowed my to have a toolbox of resources to help me deal with everyday life. You don't have to believe it. It just works. I stop before I speak. I take the time to analyze my emotions and why I'm feeling that way, and hopefully to control that emotion before it becomes a physical feeling of hurt, anger or sadness, which are much harder to eliminate.
Reason Started Doing Yoga:
I was in a really tough spot in my life. Separated from my husband of 25 years, running wild and all "Air." A therapist friend told me to get myself to a Kundalini Yoga Class. I went, with my 24 year old daughter for support. The class kicked my butt, but I was overwhelmed by sound of the Gong. I kept going back, and eventually found myself in Gong Training. After I graduated by my first year of Gong Training, I decided to go back to Yoga West and get my teaching credential. I never thought I'd actually teach, and here I am!
