RYT 200 | 85 hour Pre-natal certified
I went to my first Bikram yoga class nine years ago and have been hooked since then. After practicing for seven years I decided to completed my 200 hour teacher training with Cloud Nine Yoga, followed by my 85 hour Prenatal Yoga with Jennifer More. It wasn’t long after I completed my training that I began teaching Vinyasa, Restorative and now my main focus prenatal yoga. With a BS Degree in Early Childhood Education I found my calling in childbirth and wanting to continue entering the birthing world. I use my training in Prenatal Yoga to help women feel strong and powerful to use in their birth experiences. My love for yoga and passion in childbirth has compelled me to pass it on to help mothers connect to their breath, body, and baby. Yoga became an essential part of my life and instantaneously gave me a level of calmness I never thought was possible.
