A hardcore learner, Hazel is always trying new things and has a vivacious passion for maximizing experiences for herself and others. As both a student and teacher, she views yoga as a way to grow and thrive mentally, physically and emotionally. Inspired by music and all forms of movement, Hazel brings a synergistic approach to her classes, mixing various styles for a safe and fun vibe. She aims to meet her students where they are, to inspire them to find their “why” and to grow in all the ways they dare to dream of. Let your practice surprise you- come party!
Favorite Yoga Move:
Vrikshasana (Tree Pose) and High Crescent Lunge- they remind me that the space of being grounded and safe can exist with growing and evolving. It’s that balance of effort and ease!
How Has Yoga Benefited You The Most:
The best thing yoga has taught me and continues to teach me is to chill, be present, and be open- in those moments, the best things manifest!
Reason Started Doing Yoga:
When I was in my first quarter of getting my MBA and working, I felt so high strung and full of pressure to do all the things. I didn’t even know how much yoga would help me rediscover my true values, take a breath and trust the process.
