Jeff is native to Huntington Beach, and was introduced to yoga after getting injured in a car accident in 2004. Although the original intention for practicing yoga was to heal his physical body, he quickly realized the opportunity to heal and grow in his emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies as well. Jeff received, his 200-hour teaching certificate in 2011 from Yoga Tree in San Francisco, and 200 hours of continuing education in yin, power, heated vinyasa, and yoga with weights. He believes every day is different, and every practice is different. Change is the only constant in life.

Yoga has taught me that only I know what works for me, and only I control the amount of effort I put in to it.
