Jenna Morris
Jenna began her yoga teaching and fitness career in 2008 after transitioning out of a career in advertising. She did her first training in Chicago followed by one in Thailand shortly after. Since embarking on her teaching career, she has taught at boutique studios, big box gyms, private training, and developed curriculum, led workshops, and managed studios. Her highlights of teaching are far and away the moments she has spent leading 200-hour teacher trainings. She sees yoga as a lifestyle, far beyond just the physical component, and her saving grace in the stickier moments in life. She is thrilled to be a part of the Ra Yoga community and share her love for the practice with each person she encounters.

How Has Yoga Benefited You The Most:

It has rippled into my entire life. I am a better communicator and listener. I have more self -and emotional- awareness. I have a deep appreciation for being human.

Reason Started Doing Yoga:

I started doing yoga as a way to stay connected with my best friend. She started practicing yoga in Florida and I started practicing when I lived in Chicago. It was a way for us to try something new while also living apart. I quickly saw how athletic the practice could be and savasana sold me the first time I experienced it!
