How Has Yoga Benefited You The Most: 

Yoga has improved my daily pain, increased my movement and I sleep better as well. For those of you that may not know, I haven't always been the size I am today. I used to weigh 240 pounds and had a 42 inch waist-- now I'm 175 and down to a 31 inch waist. Thanks yoga.

Reason Started Doing Yoga: 

I started in Bikram yoga originally because I have bone spurs and wanted physical healing.
