I am very competitive and love to be challenged. I thrive off of people saying you can’t do something and then proving everyone wrong. I grew up playing soccer even through college and got the opportunity to play semi-pro out in Arizona. After soccer ended I found out I needed surgery on my foot and also take care of some health issues that came about around the same time. I was recommended to seek out yoga and lay off the running. I was not happy about this because in my mind yoga was not a workout and would not do my body justice. That thought suddenly changed when I consistently starting going to classes religiously and saw the changes to my body inside and out!! I wanted to dive deeper into my practice and when Rayoga offered their 200 hr teacher training I did not hesitate and signed up. I can go on and on about Yoga, but I am just grateful the journey I have taken and where I am at today!

It has changed my body completely from the inside out. It has kicked my metabolism into gear as well as transformed my body. I struggled for a long time with weight as well as my digestive system; ever since I stared to doing yoga my life has not been the same…in a great way!!!!
