Vinyasa yoga spoke to her with fluid sequences, concentration on breath and challenging poses. She practiced Vinyasa almost daily for about seven years before finally getting RYT certified.
She taught Vinyasa in southeastern Idaho -- close to Yellowstone National Park -- for about two years. This experience helped her develop a love for the people she taught and the art of teaching yoga.
Off the mat, she enjoys rigorous exercise and heavy weightlifting as a way for healthy living and stress relief.
Jocelyn continues to learn and grow; she's always looking for new ways to improve her class and teaching style. She looks forward to meeting you on the mat.
