When he's not teaching his high-energy, pumped up classes, you can find him riding his bike across the county, dueling it out in intergalactic star fights and traveling the world searching for the best house music for his classes, while always keeping an eye out for the Temple of Doom.... mostly true.

Corpse Pose - Savasana . I love this pose because it allows the benefits of your hard work to seep in and change the body for the better.

How Has Yoga Benefited You The Most: 

The greatest benefit I've received from yoga is the ability to handle any situation life may throw at me with calmness and clarity.

Reason Started Doing Yoga: 

I started doing yoga because my best friend's dad made a bet with his son. He thought we could not make it through a whole class. He was right. I kept doing yoga because it was very challenging and made me a better person off my mat.

Classes I Teach

No Heat, lots of breath good for all levels from first time to expericenced practioners everyone can enjoy the benefits of saluting the sun and taking a few moments the notice and apprecieate the breath that is moving through the physical self. Give it a try. You just might like it.

Listen up kids. Here is a fun, fast, hot, sweaty Blast for your . . . Body . Duh ! We take 10 - 15 min to warm up the body then it's 40-45min of moving the body with the breath. Excellent Body toning excerises from all over the world. Mixed with short cardio burst that spike the heart rate and make the fat on your body cry off of you. Then 10 Min. to strech out all the negative components in your life. Leaving a new sexy, slim, vibrant you for the world to enjoy.

Heated Flow sometimes fast sometimes slow always challenges to help bulid your pratice and spirit.
