I teach a well rounded challenging level 1 flow that will strengthen you and cover the basics.
This class moves slow and includes soothing stretches, breath work, and safe strengthening postures.
We step up the pace and the heat in this strengthening flow built from straight forward postures.
This class is the perfect mix of your favorite classic pilates exercises to build long, lean muscle and yoga to help the body come back into balance.
In this gentle class we will relax into a variety of soothing postures and use props to help us find comfort. Great class to restore both body and mind to a state of calm and well being.
