Justina was first exposed to yoga in 2014 when her friend was practicing to teach yoga. Already stressed from work and looking to find a new workout, how could she say no? She fell in love, and signed up for a membership almost immediately.

Through yoga, Justina was exposed to more than just an avenue to handle stress. She became more open to new ideas and experiences, and became more comfortable with herself. She began sharing her passion of the benefits of yoga with her family and friends.

In 2017, Justina took the leap and became 200 hour certified in Power Yoga. She aims to share her practice and goal of treating the body with respect and promoting longevity. She also endeavors to encourage her students to personalize their yoga practice. Justina wishes to inspire her students to find intention within their practices. She hopes to see you soon, and is always willing to chat off the mat as well.

Yoga has given me clarity of mind and has given me courage to dive into situations that I would have never dared to approach in the past.
