It was in 2015, after she made a commitment to practice Self-Love, that Karli "found herself" in a regular hot yoga practice. With a deep desire to better understand Yoga's rich history, Karli completed a Power Vinyasa Yoga Training. She's a certified Yogalates instructor and Children's Yoga Teacher as well. She views Yoga as an ever evolving journey and enjoys practicing Kundalini and Yin yoga. Karli's hope is to help her students discover the deep connection to self that develops from a dedicated practice!

Favorite Yoga Move: 

Padahastasana (Gorilla Pose) I love to practice it as well as teach others how to reap the rewards of this posture.

How Has Yoga Benefited You The Most: 

In practicing yoga, I began to discover my truest self. It helped me heal the parts of me that were broken. It helps me remain connected and centered. Yoga truly is woven into all aspects of my life.

Reason Started Doing Yoga: 

When yoga found me, I was looking to carve some personal time, to find a better balance in my life. I was in a place of giving to everyone and everything around me and drained energetically. I made a promise to dedicate time to myself and in practicing regularly, my energy was restored and my entire life began to shift!
