How Has Yoga Benefited You The Most:
It provides me with a space for deep and consistent reflection while simultaneously being surrounded by an engaging and loving community of thinkers and practitioners. And I get to wear spandex.
Reason Started Doing Yoga:
My yoga practice developed as the result of seeking integrity between my fitness, existential and emotional lives. My physical and athletic training was externally focused for most of my life: lifting more, moving faster, overpowering an opponent... I reached a point where this mindset neither reflected my authentic self nor who I wished to be. It was about this time that yoga presented itself in my life. It’s been a love affair ever since!
