Kirsten A. Allevi
Kirsten grew up in Ojai, where she took her very first yoga class with her Mom upon graduating high school. It was not until graduate school where she became an avid yogi- she loved how at ease she felt on her mat and the stress relieving benefits it brought to her life. After graduating with her masters in Occupational Therapy, she moved to Orange County. Kirsten was introduced by a friend to both Ra and CorePower Yoga within weeks of moving. She loved her new yoga community and a class she had never tried- Strength! She was hooked on how she felt both mentally and physically! She completed Yoga Sculpt Teacher Training in 2014 and Power Yoga Teacher Training in 2015 from CPY. She feels that her trainings and her practice have allowed her to become more present and grounded. She strives to make her classes fun and hopes to spread her love of yoga with her students!
