Kris brings her energetic passion into each yoga class. As a former long-distance runner, the Breathe-Mind-Body Connection is so similar in Yoga-Mediation so her 2013 200 RYT was natural transition.

Hot Bikyasa, Hot Ra, Hot Sculpt Strength are her specialties. Kris has also trained in Yoga Tune Up Ball Roll Method. Kris also teaches yoga to high school runners, corporate clients, She loves connecting with all ages of athletes, yogis, realizing the human spirit is limitless!

 

Favorite Yoga Move: 

One of my favorite postures is Rabbit Pose. That deep curl into ones self, then to unroll and feel/be renewed. The yoga journey is one that will take you places, always leaves you room to grow, learn and just be.

How Has Yoga Benefited You The Most: 

Yoga has been not only something I enjoy doing, its also something I enjoy living everyday. I enjoy learning all I can about the ancient practice. I believe guiding a yoga class is an honor. I bring my best self into the room.

Reason Started Doing Yoga: 

One day I went a yoga class at the gym. A little bored of long distance running. After training for many 1/2 and full marathons, injuries were common. I loved the moving meditation running provided. Then I went to HOT YOGA! Well, I fell in love.
