Yoga has been a part of Laurie's life since 2011. Her practice has helped her grow stronger, more flexible, fearless and confident, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires Laurie to live each moment more mindfully.

After receiving a BS in Kinesiology and Master's in Public Health from Cal State Fullerton, Laurie completed her 200 hour Vinyasa training with Ra Yoga, as well as and her 500 hour advanced teacher training. As a student of the practice, Laurie is deeply grateful for the loving wisdom her teachers have shared with her along this journey.

In Laurie's classes, you will find creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. It is her goal to serve as a guide, helping others thrive in life by nurturing the body, mind, and soul with their practice. It is her hope that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.

Favorite Yoga Move: 

Ardha Chandrasana (Half Moon) I love the feeling of weightlessness when you find your center in this pose. It is like the world has been lifted off your shoulders and you are soaring.
