Liz’ life adventure has taken her from her birth country Hungary to Germany and Canada until she found her home in the US. She has been in the health and wellness industry for over ten years teaching group fitness classes. She began her yoga journey in 2005 with Bikram Yoga in Albuquerque, NM and continued to explore the many varieties of yoga throughout the years. In 2013, Liz became certified under the Sacred Hot Yoga Method and in 2015 with CorePower Yoga. With yoga Liz started her spiritual exploration into mind, consciousness, and thought and the greater power animating life. In her classes, Liz loves to connect authentically with her students and share the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of yoga. She finds great joy in teaching yoga in a variety of settings including yoga studios, corporate offices, and rehabilitation centers. In her spare time, Liz loves to be outside walking the beach, hiking, biking, or just walking her beautiful dog, Roxy.

Downward Facing Dog | Each time I explore this pose, I come to another level of deepening and surrender both physically and mentally.
How Has Yoga Benefited You The Most:
Yoga allowed me to connect deeper to my physical body, and to become aware of the unconditional love and wellness that resides within me, which is often obscured by the power of thoughts.
Reason Started Doing Yoga:
I started yoga to physically challenge my body and over the years it became an exploration of myself and a spiritual journey.
