How Has Yoga Benefited You The Most:

Yoga has given me the strength to grow older with grace, confidence and security. The physical side of the poses has brought me to a place of calmness and flexibility that I use to have when I was in high school and well into my adult years as a professional belly dancer. Yoga and meditation has also helped me enhance my abilities to connect with spirit as a psychic medium.

Reason Started Doing Yoga:

I started practicing yoga 10 years ago to mend and keep my body strong, flexible, and graceful to continue my belly dancing career after being hit by a car while riding my bicycle. I was guided by the Universe to become a yoga instructor to fully understand the concept behind the poses and the powers that yoga brings in healing the mind, body, and soul.
