Molly's yoga journey began in 2007 after reading BKS Iyengar's Light on Yoga. What began as a simple home practice to tame her chronic anxiety and depression blossomed into a holistic and devotional lifestyle. She has completed multiple teacher trainings including Ra Yoga's 200 hour program, is a student and intern of acupuncture + herbal medicine, and enjoys spending her free time with her husband.
