Mona's yogic journey began in 2004 and over the years, it gradually became her way of life. In 2013, she did her first teacher training in Vinyasa and then continued her education in Yoga Therapy (specializing in mental & emotional wellbeing), Yoga Nidra, and Radiance Sutras Meditation.

Today Mona is here to lead you in yoga, meditation, and sound. Her intention is to help you feel at home in your body and connect more deeply with your inner being.

How Has Yoga Benefited You The Most: 

Expanded awareness and deeper connection to the fullness of creation

Reason Started Doing Yoga: 

I was 20 and curious, and it seemed like the cool thing to do. It wasn't until a few years later that I made it a regular practice. Yoga gave me fortitude and perspective when I had to cope with the loss of my dad in 2009. This allowed me to tap into my inner strength and explore my grief so that I can emerge more whole and free.
