Noelle Robinson

After dancing professionally for many years and performing with Cirque du Soleil in Las Vegas, Noelle needed an avenue where she could heal her mind and body. She was quickly drawn to yoga because she was able to move, stretch and workout in a non-painful and nonjudgmental way. Yoga was the perfect parallel to dance because it helped her maintain strength and balance, physically and mentally. In 2012, she decided that she wanted to spread her joy with others by completing her certification through Corepower Yoga's 200 hour Power Teacher Training Program as well as the RA Kids Yoga Teacher Training Program. Noelle enjoys sharing her love of yoga and movement because she knows how amazing it feels to truly surrender to your yoga practice.

Favorite Yoga Move: 

At the moment, my favorite yoga move is child’s pose because this is typically the start of my practice - the place where I am drawn onto my mat and reminded to live in the present and cherish my body and mind.

How Has Yoga Benefited You The Most: 

Yoga has benefited me most by giving me an outlet where I’m not only able to obtain a wonderful workout, but I’m able to gain perspective on life!

Reason Started Doing Yoga: 

I started doing yoga to cultivate balance in mind and body.
