Rachel fell in love with yoga during university in Austin, Texas and has been exploring her practice ever since. Her classes are vibrant and thoughtful, and combine creative sequencing with attention to alignment. Rachel's classes are built around music and breath, which blended with her spirit and laughter makes class playful and energizing. She focuses on building community and bringing people together in order to uplift and support you through your practice.
Favorite Yoga Move:
Wheel is my favorite pose. I've never been the most bendy, so to continue to work at something for years and learn to engage different muscles to dig deeper into the posture is such a fun journey.
How Has Yoga Benefited You The Most:
Yoga has provided me with the best community and support system. In addition to my asana practice making me feel wholly content and grounded, the community and people have made my life so full.
Reason Started Doing Yoga:
I started doing Bikram in college. I quickly fell in love with the way it made me feel, and I've never looked back!
