Coming from a fitness based background, I have found that the balance of yoga has helped me stay physically supple and mentally calm. It helps me prevent injuries and has taught me to stay focused on the present moment.
Reason Started Doing Yoga:
I started doing yoga twenty years ago, mostly out of curiosity. Once I tried it, I was hooked! I loved that yoga was a practice, not something one could ever master. My practice has grown in ways that I would have never thought possible. I have fallen in love with the subtleties of yoga.
