200-hour certified | 40 hours continued education | 15 hour Yin training
After starting her nursing program in 2011, Shaina was introduced to yoga as a way to deal with the challenges of school and work/life balance. Daily practice became a favorite and in 2013, Shaina completed her 200 hour training with CorePower Yoga. Teacher training was completely life changing as it gave her the tools to take on life in a more positive and healthy way. Yoga is truly a gift to her and she is grateful to be able to pass on it’s amazing and transformative benefits to others. Shaina currently teaches Vinyasa and restorative yoga while working part time at a busy medical practice.

Warrior 3. It feels empowering: balance, strength and breath all in one.

How Has Yoga Benefited You The Most: 

Yoga has helped me find to find my voice. It has helped me grow tremendously and given me courage to push the limits of my comfort zone. Yoga has also helped me maintain a positive body image, which is something I've struggled with since I was a teenager.

Reason Started Doing Yoga: 

For exercise and stress relief.
