Sonya started her yoga journey ten years ago in Northern California. Through yoga she discovered the union of body, mind and spirit. After completing her 200-hr Yoga Alliance Certification in 2009 in Vinyasa Flow, she began crafting creative and inspiring yoga classes for studios around Orange County.

Half pigeon- I love the opportunity to completely release into this hip opener.

How Has Yoga Benefited You The Most: 

Yoga has taught me balance on and off the mat.
